Estée Lauder Companies has appointed Gaétane Baudry as SVP and global GM of Bobbi Brown, effective immediately. She will report to Lisa Sequino, global president of makeup brands.
In her new role, Baudry will lead Bobbi Brown’s global strategy, with a focus on brand positioning, innovation, and consumer engagement.
Baudry brings more than 20 years of industry experience, most recently as global VP of Shu Uemura, overseeing marketing, communications, retail, e-commerce, education and business development.
She also held senior leadership roles at Giorgio Armani Beauty, Helena Rubinstein, and Lancôme.
Sequino said Baudry’s experience in brand building and commercial leadership would support Bobbi Brown’s next phase of growth.
“Her global brand-building record, strong commercial leadership, and passion for creating meaningful consumer experiences will be invaluable,” she said.
“I am excited to welcome her to The Estée Lauder Companies and look forward to all that Gaétane and the Bobbi Brown team will accomplish together.”
