r.  “When there is conflict in the salon…You always got to nip it in the bud early. As we’ve gone on to grow and have quite a bit of staff, I’ve learnt that’s a really good piece of advice,” said Guy. “Conflict delayed is conflict multiplied and even today, I’ve seen mum go all the way into the city, just to have a 5 minute meeting with someone, just so it’s clear that we’re one team and everyone needs to sing from the same hymn sheet. “That piece of advice has really stuck with me.
