In 1986, Venessa and Elio Nappa opened their very first salon in the Queen Victoria Building in Sydney. Fast forward almost 40 years later, and it’s now a multimillion dollar business run by their sons Anthony and Guy Nappa, who began working in the business as children. In honour of International Women’s Day, we had a very special interview with Venessa, Anthony and Guy, to discuss what it was like growing up in the family business and the incredible insights they learnt from their mother.&
