Pilot is revamping its foodservice format with the launch of two new concepts, Pilot Eats and Pilot Eats Express, as part of a broader strategy to scale its food offering.
Pilot Eats will roll out to approximately 400 travel centers, expanding access to its full hot deli menu. Its range includes items such as the Southern Chicken Sandwich, hand-roped pizza, and freshly prepared deli entrees.
Meanwhile, Pilot Eats Express will focus on grab-and-go options at around 200 locations, offering products including artisan pizza, chicken wings and tenders, and snackable sides designed for convenience.
“A meal on the road isn’t just a break, it’s fuel for the next five, 10, or a few hundred miles,” said Sean Marrero, SVP of food and beverage at Pilot.
“We want travelers to know they can count on us to have what they need to keep them fueled up, filled up, and lifted up for the road ahead.”
Both concepts will be integrated into the latest version of the Pilot mobile app, allowing customers to browse menus, place orders and access rewards.
