Miniso notches up 100 stores in US

Miniso has opened its 100th store in the US, located at Florida Mall in Orlando, coinciding with the variety store chain’s 10th anniversary.

The new 2080sqft all-pink store offers several lifestyle collections including an exclusive all-pink series from Miniso’s intellectual property collaborations with brands such as Sanrio and Sydney.

“By establishing this charming pink Christmas village at the Florida Mall, Miniso is embarking on a fresh initiative to deepen our connection with local consumers during the holiday season,” said Tyrone Li, head of Miniso US.

“Our aim is to bring a warm and joyful companionship to our customers throughout the winter holidays — going beyond offering lifestyle products to becoming an integral part of their holiday lifestyle, all while bringing Miniso’s Joy Philosophy to them. We are confident and eagerly look forward to becoming a preferred destination for holiday gift shopping among local residents.”

Currently, Miniso has 6155 stores globally and is seeking to further expand in the US.

In the September quarter, the company’s revenue increased 36.7 per cent year over year to $519.6 million.
