American restaurant Island Fin Poke Co has launched its first location in California, adding the 27th location to its national network.
Island Fin Poke, managed by local franchisee owners Jason Davis and Melissa MilesIsland, will formally open on Monday at the Delta Shores Shopping Centre in Sacramento, offering consumers poke bowls filled with fresh ingredients that can be customised.
“We have finally made it to California with our location in Delta Shores. Opening our 27th store in California is a significant milestone for us, and we are confident that our new community will become immediate Island Fin fans as soon as they try it,” said Mark Setterington, CEO and founder of Island Fin Poke Co.
According to the brand, every Island Fin Poke outlet is a tribute to the brand’s commitment to excellence and real passion for the poke meal concept.
The Island Fin location will clean the empty plates and trash at the end of every meal to eliminate trash cans and dining trays in the dining room.
Diners can make their own combinations of gluten-free poke bowls or choose from the store’s own prepared recipes.
