Heather McIlvaine is the managing editor of features and premium at Inside Retail. She oversees a global team of features editors and contributors creating content for paid subscribers across print and digital. As part of Inside Retail's editorial team, Heather has traveled to Shenzhen to cover the epic Chinese shopping event Single’s Day, toured Levi's "Eureka" innovation lab in San Francisco, and interviewed countless founders and CEOs about their growth strategies. She grew up in Los Angeles, and now lives in Melbourne, Australia.
