Wolverine Worldwide has delivered another quarter of strong topline growth, once again led by Merrell and Saucony.

The company reported revenue of $506.4 million in the second quarter, which ended on July 4, representing a 6.8 per cent year-on-year increase.

Merrell and Saucony reported the biggest boost in sales with increases of 11.1 per cent and 9.9 per cent, respectively.

The Wolverine brand saw a solid uplift of 6.6 per cent, a considerable improvement from the 2.5 per cent decline in the first quarter. Sweaty Betty sales fell 2.4 per cent.

International sales, which include all brands in overseas markets, were up 10 per cent.

On the bottom line, operating profit rose 16 per cent to $43.7 million, and net earnings grew 13 per cent to $32.9 million.

“We are executing our strategies, elevating our brands, and driving consistent, profitable growth,” said CEO Chris Hufnagel. “Based on our strong start to the year and the progress we’re seeing across the business, we’re raising our outlook for 2026.”

The company now expects revenue to grow approximately 5.6-6.7 per cent for the full year.
