Authentic Brands Group has partnered with International Apparel Corporation (IAC) to expand Dockers in Latin America.
Based in Panama, IAC specializes in importing, marketing, and developing international fashion, footwear, and accessories brands.
Under the agreement, IAC will oversee the manufacturing and distribution of Dockers’ men’s and women’s apparel and accessories across South America, Central America, Ecuador, the Andean region, and select Caribbean markets.
Denis Abadi, co-owner and CEO of IAC, said the company sees strong growth potential for the brand.
“We are committed to leveraging this partnership to enhance our product offerings and reach new heights in the apparel industry, and we just can’t wait to embrace this new project with IAC’s full force and determination,” said Abadi.
Corey Salter, president of entertainment and international at Authentic, said the company is confident in IAC’s ability to scale the brand in the region.
“We are excited to partner with them and are confident in their ability to bring Dockers to new consumers while preserving the brand’s unique DNA,” added Salter.
