Sneaker and streetwear retailer The Athlete’s Foot (TAF) posted a 7 per cent increase in global sales for FY23, largely driven by its new store concept.
The company achieved $593 million in global sales despite a “challenging retail landscape”, which showed its commitment to financial growth and community engagement.
The retailer said its innovative “Neighborhood” store concept helped fuel financial growth and heighten customer engagement during the year. The initiative, which features localized assortments and impactful philanthropic programs, underscored TAF’s commitment to diversity, empowerment, and sustainability.
“TAF’s unparalleled ability to engage with consumers, cultivate active customer relationships, and deeply integrate with local communities sets us apart, consistently driving impactful transformations for all stakeholders involved,” commented Param Singh, chairman of Arklyz Group, parent of TAF.
With global headquarters in Switzerland and the US, TAF currently operates 550 stores and e-commerce shops in more than 30 countries.
