Revlon has appointed Mario Rivera as its new COO, effective February 16, and he will report directly to CEO Michelle Peluso.

In his new role, Rivera will oversee the company’s operations, including procurement, planning, manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, transportation and customer logistics.

Before this position, Rivera was the SVP and chief supply chain and logistics officer at CVS Health. In that role, he was responsible for the modernisation of their logistics and supply chain.

His experience included implementing data-driven operating systems and utilising robotics and automation. 

Earlier in his career, he held positions in manufacturing strategy, fulfilment, and distribution network optimisation.
