PVH has finalised a licensing agreement with New York-based outerwear global distributor Herman Kay for its Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands’ wholesale men’s and women’s outerwear next year.
Under the partnership, the companies will distribute men’s and women’s wholesale outerwear collections in the US and Canada, with the first products scheduled to launch in spring next year.
To accelerate PVH’s category expansion plan, the company will continue to collaborate with key expert partners across specific wholesale categories and channels in the region.
“As we bring licenses in-house that represent the core part of our brands’ lifestyle expression, we are also working with complementary partners, like Herman Kay, who are fully aligned with our brand vision and direction, said Donald Kohler, CEO of PVH America.
Last year, PVH reported improvements for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger in North America. The company also recently appointed its new global brand president of Calvin Klein.
