POV Beauty has raised $15 million in a Series A funding round led by Silas Capital, with participation from Redo Capital and existing investor Imaginary Ventures.

The funding comes less than a year after the beauty brand, co-founded by influencer Mikayla Nogueira and industry veteran Ani Hadjinian, launched with a skin prep-focused product range.

Nogueira said the investment will support the brand’s next phase of growth, including expanding its product portfolio.

“Our community drives POV, and this investment is about honoring that community by dreaming even bigger,” she said.

Built around the idea that makeup performs best when skin is properly prepared, POV Beauty offers K-beauty-inspired products designed to create a long-lasting base for makeup. Its range includes Drench It, Glaze It, Whip It, Drip It, and Chill It, alongside its Snatch It and Amp It collections.

Hadjinian said the company has gained momentum through its partnership with Sephora.

“We have proven our scale potential through retailers like Sephora, who deeply believed in our vision, and our team delivered the operational excellence to successfully execute massive launches,” she said.

The company will also use the funding to expand its presence at Sephora, grow its team, strengthen its TikTok Shop business, and develop new skincare-makeup hybrid products.

“We knew early on that POV Beauty was something special,” added Kelly Dill of Imaginary Ventures.

“Mikayla has a rare connection with her community, and paired with Ani’s operational expertise, they make an exceptional founding team.”
