Pandora has appointed André Branch as president of its North America cluster, effective August 15.

Based in New York, Branch will oversee operations and expansion strategies for the brand’s largest regional market. He succeeds Luciano Rodembusch, who stepped down from the role in February.

Branch brings more than 25 years of experience in the global consumer, beauty, and lifestyle sectors. He most recently served as CEO of REM Beauty and previously held executive leadership roles at Estée Lauder, L’Oréal, Diageo, and Kraft Heinz across North American and European markets.

In his new role, Branch will focus on expanding market reach and driving regional revenue growth.

The appointment was couched as aligning with the company’s strategic expansion in the region while strengthening operational development and enhancing customer relevance.

“André is a highly accomplished commercial leader with a strong track record of driving growth across global consumer businesses,” said Massimo Basei, CCO at Pandora.

“His ability to combine strategic clarity with disciplined execution makes him exactly the right person to lead our North America business and drive the next phase of growth in the region.”

In February, Pandora reported lower-than-expected sales growth last year, with management citing challenging macroeconomic conditions.
