E-commerce luxury home retailer Perigold, owned by Wayfair, has opened its very first physical store in Houston as part of the company’s plan to expand its physical store network.
Spanning 20,000sqft and located in Highland Village, the flagship store offers a wide range of home furnishings from over 150 luxury home brands, including Visual Comfort, Century Furniture, Oly, House of Rohl, and Stark Rugs.
“Opening our first physical store is a transformative step for Perigold, and there’s no better city to begin this journey in than Houston,” said Rebecca Ginns, Perigold’s global head.
“This store is more than a retail location – it’s an invitation into the world of Perigold,” said Ginns.
During the Houston opening, the store will feature in-store and ready-to-deliver home items for a limited time, along with hands-on experiences through exclusive events, design workshops, private sessions, and customized services.
“We’re creating a resource for customers and designers to explore, collaborate, and access brands that are rarely found under one roof,” said Ginns.
Perigold has confirmed a second store opening in West Palm Beach, Florida, later this year.
