Perigold, a digital-first luxury home brand owned by Wayfair, will open its first physical store in West Palm Beach’s CityPlace, with more stores planned.

The two-floor West Palm Beach location, set to open in autumn, will feature 30,000sqft and an outdoor balcony overlooking CityPlace’s main street.

The store will carry products from 150 companies, including Century, Vanguard, Oly, House of Rohl, Theodore Alexander, Visual Comfort, Stark Rugs, and Scalamandre.

“With this expansion, we are excited to increase access to our offering with physical store locations, where consumers and designers alike can see and experience the superior craftsmanship and materials of these amazing products in person,” said Rebecca Ginns, global head of Perigold.

Perigold plans to open a series of retail outlets next year that will combine online shopping with the hands-on experience of in-store discovery, serving both individual and B2B customers.

Founded in 2017, Perigold offers a range of design brands for different styles and spaces. The brand is headquartered in Boston.

In May, Wayfair reported that its first-quarter net loss improved year over year, which stood at $248 million while net revenue slipped 1.6 per cent to $2.7 billion.
