Brand accelerator Marqee Brands has partnered with global apparel and the US’s largest accessories manufacturer Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) to acquire Totes Isotoner Corporation.

The financial terms remain undisclosed but Marquee will become the global owner of the Totes and Isotoner intellectual property, while RAA comes on board as Marquee’s core operating partner.

Totes Isotoner Corporation, based in Cincinnati, produces weather-related accessories, including umbrellas, gloves, and boots.

“Totes and Isotoner, in their core categories, are clear market leaders across geographies, sales channels, and tiers of distribution,” said Heath Golden, CEO of Marquee Brands.

“Looking ahead, we are confident that together we will propel these brands to ever greater heights.”

RAA’s partnership with Marquee and acquisition of the Totes and Isotoner brands will diversify its product offerings and distribution channels, including grocery, drug, and convenience locations.
