Crocs has named Terence Reilly as the new executive VP and president of its HeyDude Brand.

The 56-year-old new VP previously served as president of the Stanley Brand. Before joining Stanley, Reilly was Crocs’ chief marketing officer and had a variety of other marketing leadership roles.

“Terence has had tremendous success in creating and executing brand-building playbooks at both Stanley and Crocs by leveraging iconic products, scaling awareness, driving brand relevance and ultimately building communities,” said CEO Andrew Rees.

“Having previously worked alongside him, I am confident he is the right person to lead the HeyDude Brand into its next phase of growth.”

Reilly follows Rick Blackshaw, who is departing the firm effective immediately. Reilly will join the executive leadership team on April 29 and report directly to CEO Andrew Rees.
