The Estée Lauder Companies has restructured its leadership team across its brand portfolio, following the retirement of the global brand president of La Mer and Skin Care Brands in December.

As part of the restructured portfolio, Justin Boxford has been appointed to the newly created role of global president of Luxury Beauty Brands.

In this expanded role, Boxford will oversee La Mer alongside his existing portfolio, which includes the Estée Lauder flagship brand, Aerin, Darphin Paris, and Lab Series.

Boxford was previously appointed as global brand president for La Mer from 2017 to 2022 before taking over leadership of the Estée Lauder brand.

In addition, Erica Kwok has been named SVP and GM of the flagship Estée Lauder brand.

With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Kwok joined the global brand team from the Asia Pacific region in 2021 and has held senior roles overseeing marketing, product development, and global growth drivers.

Magalie Parksuwan will remain SVP and GM of La Mer, reporting directly to Boxford.

Parksuwan will also expand her responsibilities to oversee Darphin Paris and Lab Series, working in coordination with Pierre-Olivier Garcin, SVP and GM for the brands.

“These appointments reflect the exceptional strength of our leadership bench and our deep commitment to developing world-class talent from within,” said Jane Hertzmark Hudis, AVP and CBO, The Estée Lauder Companies.
