DoorDash is adding four major US retailers to its marketplace: Barnes & Noble, Carter’s, Gap, and Kohl’s.

The additions expand the platform’s retail offering beyond groceries and convenience, giving customers access to more than 500,000 products across categories including apparel, books, baby products, and household goods.

Barnes & Noble becomes the first national bookseller on the platform, offering books, study guides, stationery, toys, and games from participating stores.

Carter’s adds children’s clothing and essentials, while Kohl’s brings merchandise from more than 1100 stores spanning apparel, footwear, home goods, and dorm essentials.

Gap and Gap Factory will also offer clothing and accessories through the marketplace for both adults and children.

“Back-to-school is one of those seasons where there’s just no time to plan every trip. As a dad, I know how this goes,” said Mike Goldblatt, VP of enterprise partnerships at DoorDash.

“Bringing these brands to DoorDash means parents can get what they need in minutes instead of making another stop. For our retail partners, it means reaching consumers exactly when they need them most.”
