Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers will open 21 new locations after signing new deals with four franchisees.
Freddy’s signed a 10-unit franchise deal with Puget Sound Bites, which will take the fast-casual restaurant into Seattle for the first time.
The company also signed a three-unit deal with MLY Investments covering West Central Illinois and East Iowa; a four-unit deal with Peter Labib covering North New Jersey; and another four-unit deal with ARF Restaurants covering Austin, Texas.
“There’s no greater testament to the value of Freddy’s franchise opportunity and the unique dining experience we bring guests across the country than the continued investment that our existing franchisees make in the brand,” said Andrew Thengvall, chief development officer at Freddy’s.
“We are enthusiastic about our future expansion and the chance to introduce Freddy’s to more communities with the help of both new and seasoned franchisees.”
Currently, Freddy’s has over 530 restaurants in 36 states and plans to open 130 more by the end of next year.
