Five Guys has opened a flagship restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip that introduces alcohol to its US operations for the first time, expanding beyond the chain’s traditional fast-casual format.
The 10,000sqft location is located in the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort, offering a walk-up bar serving beer, wine, frozen cocktails and alcoholic milkshakes. Non-alcoholic milkshakes remain available at a separate counter.
“The location represents a big moment for our brand,” said Edward Pizzarello, Five Guys Grand Canal Shoppes franchisee.
“We wanted to deliver what people have always loved about Five Guys: Fresh, handmade food prepared with purpose, quality, consistency and taste, while embracing the energy and indulgence that define Las Vegas.”
The location also offers an expanded menu, including all-day breakfast sandwiches made with fresh-cracked eggs and optional burger patties, in addition to the brand’s core burgers and hand-cut fries.
The interior is designed to reflect its Las Vegas setting, featuring neon accents, large-scale murals and an open prep area where customers can see potatoes being cut for fries.
The opening signals a shift in Five Guys’ retail strategy as it tests enhanced food and beverage formats in high-traffic destinations. The chain operates more than 1900 restaurants globally.
