Crocs has raised its FY26 revenue growth forecast after stronger-than-expected third-quarter results lifted revenue 4.6 per cent to $1.04 billion.
CEO Andrew Rees said growth across brands, channels and regions supported the quarter, while the company also improved margins year-on-year through the execution of its brand strategies.
“The strength of our business model and exceptional free-cash-flow generation provides us with significant flexibility to invest behind our brands while returning meaningful capital to shareholders,” said Rees.
Direct-to-consumer (DTC) revenue increased 6.9 per cent to $601 million, while wholesale revenue grew 1.8 per cent to $442 million.
The Crocs brand generated $873 million in revenue, up 4.4 per cent year on year. DTC sales increased 8.2 per cent to $510 million, while wholesale revenue declined 0.5 per cent to $362 million. International revenue rose 11.8 per cent to $434 million.
HeyDude revenue increased 6.1 per cent to $170 million. Wholesale sales grew 14 per cent to $79 million, while DTC revenue remained largely flat at $91 million.
Looking ahead, Crocs now expects its namesake brand’s revenue to grow approximately 4 per cent, compared with its previous forecast of 2 per cent to 3 per cent. HeyDude revenue is expected to remain approximately flat, improving on its previous outlook for a 2 per cent to 4 per cent decline.
“These results reflect strong execution against our strategic priorities and reinforce our confidence in the trajectory of both brands,” Rees added.
