PVH Corp, parent company of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, has teamed up with OpenAI to utilize artificial intelligence across its supply chain.
Working with OpenAI, the company will build custom tools to support everyday operations, including product design, forecasting demand, managing inventory, and engaging with customers.
PVH CEO Stefan Larsson said the collaboration will open opportunities for its brands and allow faster, data-driven decision-making.
“With a test-and-learn approach, we’ll build practical use cases with scalable impact to drive value for associates, partners, and consumers, while helping us build a culture of innovation and agility from the ground up,” he added.
PVH will also integrate OpenAI’s enterprise APIs (application programming interfaces) to build modern workflows across product, marketing, supply chain, and retail functions.
“PVH shows what’s possible when AI is embedded into the core of a fashion leader,” said Giancarlo Lionetti, CCO at OpenAI.
“The result is less friction, more creativity, and a sector-wide transformation accelerated by PVH deploying OpenAI at scale.”
