Restaurant chain operator Brinker International has named Dominique Bertolone as president of Maggiano’s Little Italy and SVP of Brinker.

Before commencing the new role, Bertolone served as SVP of food and beverage strategy and development at MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas. He also held leadership roles at Bellagio Resort & Casino in Las Vegas and SBM Hospitality Group in Monaco.

Bertolone is fluent in Italian, French and English.

“His experience leading all types of foodservice concepts has direct application to accelerating the three Maggiano’s channels of dine-in, off-premise and banquets, as well as developing the next generation of Maggiano’s restaurants.”
