Malaysia’s MyTown strengthens its F&B lineup with 15 new tenants

Kuala Lumpur’s MyTown Shopping Centre has added 15 new dining concepts.

The new tenants include Torii Tepanyaki, Chicago Chicken City, Madam Croffle, BananaBro, Bhai Jim Jum, Hadromout Express, TGI Friday’s, Gokan Maru, Canton Boy, Madam Croffle, Serai Cafe, Bangkok Wasabi and Soyya.

Encik Mohd Azhan Che Mat, GM of MyTownKL, said the introduction of new eateries and lifestyle retail will make the centre an “ideal meeting destination” for shoppers to socialise.

“We have recently signed more than 15 F&B deals, and as of now, six tenants are open for business while the remaining are expected to open gradually between now and November.”

The shopping centre’s redevelopment project – dubbed MyGround – was recently completed. It spans more than 150,000sqft and will act as a socialising hub.

Arnoud Bakker, Ikano Centres’ commercial director, said MyGround aims to offer shoppers more to do when they visit the centre and enhance the centre’s F&B options so there is something for every foodie.

“We are continuously working towards improving our offerings and upgrading accessibility to our meeting place.”
