The Ermenegildo Zegna Group has recorded a revenue growth of 10 per cent in Q4, reaching $697.9 million. This leaves the group’s unaudited revenue for the full–year at $2.3 billion, a 1.1 per cent increase on the year prior.

“This performance confirms the strength of our vision and the relevance of our strategy. 2025 was also a milestone year for our group and for our family,” Ermenegildo Zegna, executive chairman of the group, said.

Comprising brands Thom Browne, Filiera, and Zegna, the Milanese company generates 30 per cent of its revenue in the Americas. However, in China, its revenues fell by 14.6 per cent year on year.

The group is continuing to negotiate the terms of past payables with Saks Global and declined further comment on that matter.

“In a volatile environment, we move forward with prudence and focused priorities, grounded in the values of our unique legacy, shaped over generations and consistently embedded in our actions.”

Zegna has decided to relinquish the CEO role to allow “the next generation of leaders” to take over. Gianluca Tagliabue has taken the role of group CEO, and the brand’s fourth generation, Edoardo and Angelo Zegna, will jointly lead the Zegna brand.

“I remain deeply committed to protecting our legacy,” Zegna senior added. “Our uniqueness, our continuous pursuit of excellence, and our unmatched Filiera are the essence of our heritage and the foundation of our strategy.”
