Waterless beauty brand Olive Tree People has launched its first flagship store in the US, at 1335 Abbot Kinney in Venice, Los Angeles.
The store sells waterless cosmetics made from olives under the company’s brands such as Oliveda, LA Dope, Olive Rose, Olive Mush, Is That Matty and Olive.
“For the first time in history, our flagship store will offer visitors a unique opportunity to step inside a 3000-year-old mountain olive tree and experience what it feels like to be one with nature again, while simultaneously reconnecting with its unique nature and thus connecting with the infinite life force of Mother Nature,” said founder Thomas Lommel.
Olive Tree People, a subsidiary of Oliveda International, was founded in 2003 by German real estate investor Thomas Lommel.
In 2023, the company launched its first product in the US through a direct-to-consumer channel. Last year, Oliveda International stated that its Olive Tree People subsidiary had reached $2 million in sales per day after only 18 months of operation in the US.
Perfumery house Amouage was also accelerating its global growth with its first flagship store in the US last month.
