Simon, the property group, has acquired Phillips Place, located in the centre of the South Park neighborhood of Charlotte, for an undisclosed amount. 

The mixed-use destination spans 134,000sqft and features an open-air space.

Tenants include more than 25 stores and restaurants, including Alice + Olivia, Peter Millar, Rag & Bone, Ralph Lauren, RH Gallery, and The Palm.

Simon says it will continue to deliver Phillips Place’s shopping experience, including its tenancies and plans for long-term investment in the property.
