Rocky Brands delivered its second consecutive quarter of double-digit sales growth, which CEO Jason Brooks attributed to steady demand across its portfolio.

The company’s net sales for the three months ended September 30 increased 13.3 per cent to $138.8 million, from $122.5 million a year earlier. Net income rose to $12.8 million from $7.2 million.

“This was also true across our distribution channels as retail and wholesale segment sales grew approximately 20 per cent and 12 per cent,” said Brooks.

Durango, Muck, Xtratuf, and the company’s Lehigh CustomFit business led the gains, while revenue also increased across both wholesale and retail channels.

The group’s wholesale sales rose 11.8 per cent to $99.6 million, while retail sales increased 20 per cent to $35.4 million. However, contract manufacturing revenue declined 3.1 per cent to $3.8 million.

“Excluding the net benefit from IEEPA tariff refunds, gross margins reflect strong full-price selling, which helped drive third-quarter profitability higher than expected,” Brooks added.

Looking ahead, Brooks said the company was encouraged by its momentum heading into the holiday season.

“We believe we are well-positioned to deliver a strong finish to the year,” he concluded.
