Global fashion group HBX and Palm Angels have launched a pop-up store in Hong Kong to introduce the exclusive Palm Island capsule collection.
The collaboration was inspired by the spirit of Palm Island, a print that has characterised many of the items in the Palm Angels SS18 collection, and constitutes the official launch of the rainbow tracksuit produced for the occasion in technical fabric, with the multicolour degrade band on the overalls, on the Palm Angels jerseys and sweatshirts as well as on t-shirts and shorts.
“I believe that now Palm Angels is part of the DNA for the tracksuit, adopting aesthetics of the 1990s music scene,” says Francesco Ragazzi, the Italian designer behind the brand.
The store was created by mixing the relaxed attitude of Los Angeles and the metropolitan spirit of Milan to reinterpret the feeling of Palm Angels.
The Palm Angels capsule collection features new and reworked items with a tropical print used throughout Palm’s spring/summer collection. Key items include a Palm Angel’s signature Rainbow Tracksuit in nylon as well as hoodies, short-sleeve button-up shirts, t-shirts, swim shorts, belts, caps and socks.
The pop-up is at Landmark Men, Landmark Atrium, in Central.
