Bluestar Alliance has acquired luxury streetwear brand Palm Angels, just a few months after it bought Off White from LVMH.

Palm Angels started in 2011 as a photographic documentation of LA’s skater culture by Francesco Ragazzi and evolved into clothing in 2015. The brand is known for its distinctive aesthetic that merges American skate culture with Italian craftsmanship.

According to Bluestar Alliance, the acquisition marks the company’s continued expansion into the high-end streetwear and luxury fashion sectors.

“We are committed to supporting Palm Angels as it continues to evolve, innovate, and expand its global presence,” said Joey Gabbay, CEO of Bluestar Alliance.

“This acquisition aligns perfectly with Bluestar’s strategy of growing iconic brands with strong cultural relevance and consumer appeal.”

Ragazzi, who is also the creative director of Palm Angels, will exit the brand following the deal.

The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
