Xcel Brands-owned Off/Duty by Coco Rocha has signed a licensing agreement with KBL Group, which will develop, manufacture and distribute the fashion brand’s ready-to-wear collections.
The deal supports the continued growth of Off/Duty by Coco Rocha as it broadens its reach ahead of its QVC debut this fall.
“KBL Group brings exceptional expertise in product development and manufacturing, making them an ideal partner for Off/Duty by Coco Rocha,” said Robert D’Loren, chairman and CEO of Xcel Brands.
“As we continue to build the brand, having a best-in-class partner capable of executing Coco’s vision is critical.”
KBL Group CEO David Guisinger said the partnership combines Xcel Brands’ digital-first brand strategy with KBL’s product development and sourcing capabilities to support the label’s long-term growth.
“Coco’s authentic point of view and deep understanding of how women dress today have created a powerful foundation for the brand,” he added.
Founded in 2011, Xcel Brands develops and licenses fashion and lifestyle brands spanning apparel, footwear, accessories, jewelry, home, and other consumer products, with a focus on livestream shopping and social commerce.
