Turkish fragrance brand Nishane has opened its first US boutique on Elizabeth Street in New York City.

The boutique gives the luxury perfume house its first permanent standalone store in the country, after previously selling through department stores including Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s and Nordstrom.

Founders Mert Güzel and Murat Katran said the space will serve as more than a retail store, hosting product launches, events and customer experiences.

“Elizabeth Street offers an intimate, neighborhood atmosphere where discovery happens naturally, making it the ideal setting for clients to explore our creations at their own pace and experience the world of Nishane beyond the fragrance itself,” they said.

The boutique’s design draws inspiration from Istanbul, combining contemporary materials with architectural references to the city’s heritage. It features dedicated fragrance displays, a central digital table showcasing the brand’s collections and storytelling, and consultation areas where customers can explore scents with fragrance advisors.

The store carries Nishane’s full fragrance portfolio, including its Prestige Extraits collection and boutique-exclusive releases.

“Every Nishane fragrance begins with a place, a memory or an encounter. New York has given us many of those over the years. Opening on Elizabeth Street gives those stories a home in the city, and the chance to share them in person,” Güzel and Katran said.

Founded in 2012 in Istanbul, Nishane is a niche fragrance brand whose products are sold in more than 120 countries.
