Furniture e-commerce platform NoLogo.com has launched with an aim to eliminate retail and brand markups by offering AI-powered, factory-direct custom products.
NoLogo was founded by Kevin Miller (co-founder of GR0 and former Google executive), Jon Zacharias (co-founder and president of GR0), and AJ Jain (formerly of Opendoor and ThinkSys).
The platform aims to make high-end, custom furniture more accessible and eliminate retail and brand markups by leveraging AI, a digitally native supply chain, and direct-to-factory production.
“Designer furniture today is priced like luxury fashion – inflated by brand premiums, showrooms, and outdated supply chains,” said Miller, CEO of NoLogo. “We’re flipping that model so consumers can access premium, custom-made furniture without paying for a logo.”
According to the company, customers pay up to 70 per cent more for a product due to brand, retail, and marketing markups.
In addition, the domination of dupe culture on social media reflects rising consumer demand for designer quality at affordable prices.
With its AI-powered quoting engine, NoLogo can turn any product link, image, or idea into a custom furniture quote with a 3D rendering.
The company’s global factory network enables on-demand manufacturing at near mass production costs.
The platform boasts key benefits including Infinite, made-to-order SKUs, transparent pricing by materials, labor, and logistics, and factory-direct orders with savings up to 50 per cent compared to branded equivalents.
