Nest New York seeks international expansion, announces new appointees

Fragrance company Nest New York will create a new department to oversee global sales and has made new leadership appointments as it gears up for international expansion.

Nest New York will move the current VP of sales, Nicole Martini, to the newly created role of VP of international business development in line with its overseas expansion plans.

The company has also appointed Rhona Jacquand as CFO and COO. Prior to the new role, Jacquand served as the VP of finance for the Shiseido Brand USA, Cle de Peau Beaute USA and the Shiseido Fragrance portfolio, and held finance leadership positions at L’Oreal.

In addition, Nest New York has named Ali Wente as GM of its North American operations. Previously, Wente served as the SVP of Coty Luxury US and managed sales teams at Estee Lauder Companies. She also worked at LVMH and Pola Orbis.

“Rhona and Ali are both highly valuable additions to our executive team,” said Laura Slatkin, founder and executive chairman at Nest New York.

“Their extensive experience and strategic insight, as well as Nicole’s new focus on international development, will collectively strengthen Nest’s trajectory both in North America and across the globe.”
