L’Occitane Group has named Mark Edington as GM of travel retail for the EMEA and Americas regions, effective immediately.
Edington brings over 25 years of experience in luxury brand management and retail.
He previously held the position of brand GM and global director of business development at Aesop, where he managed global channel expansion and supported the transition into the L’Oréal Luxe structure.
His professional history also includes senior roles at Burberry and Dior.
In his new role, Edington will lead L’Occitane’s strategic growth by increasing market share and strengthening customer engagement. He will oversee operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.
His responsibilities include expanding the group’s presence and implementing initiatives, with a specific focus on developing business partnerships across international markets.
