Japan’s Yasubee Authentic Ramen has launched its first New York location, marking the Tokyo-based brand’s debut in the US market.
Located on 26th Street, the restaurant offers Yasubee’s signature handmade ramen, including Shiyo and Miso ramen, Tsukemen, and side dishes like gyoza and karaage.
The New York space also features a full bar serving a selection of Tokyo-inspired cocktails and beers, including Matcha, Yuzu Ale, and Japanese-imported beers.
To celebrate the store opening, the company will run the grand opening event during the launch weekend, offering locals welcome drinks and special treats.
Earlier this week, the Japanese cream puff chain Beard Papa’s debuted in San Diego.
