Fashion retailer H&M plans to open offline stores and an online platform in Brazil in 2025, expanding its presence in Latin America.

The company partners with Dorben Group to set its debut in the region and intends to open other outlets in other important cities in Southeast Brazil in the future.

H&M established its first Latin American store in Mexico in 2012 and now has locations in Peru, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Panama, and Costa Rica. With a population of over 210 million and a great fashion sense, Brazil is considered potential growth for the brand in the industry.

“We are thrilled to announce that we are opening our first store and online in Brazil in 2025,” said Helena Helmersson, CEO of H&M Group.

“This is a very exciting step, and we look forward to bringing H&M’s concept of fashion, quality, and sustainability at the best price to many customers in the country.”

Dorben Group president Mehdi Beneddine stated that this agreement will allow both companies to harness their distinct capabilities, resources, and skills to unleash the enormous potential of the Brazilian market.
