Hailey Bieber is reportedly considering the sale of her cosmetic brand Rhode for a rumoured amount of $1 billion.

Reuters reported that Bieber has tapped investment bankers at JPMorgan Chase and Moelis to seek a potential buyer. None of them has responded to the news agency regarding the matter.  

Rhode was founded in 2022 in Los Angeles and has gained popularity globally with the “glazed donut skin” beauty trend.

The brand offers skincare products and makeup and is reported to generate nearly $200 million in annual sales.

Last year, former The Honest Company chief executive Nick Vlahos was named as Rhode’s CEO.
