Grown Alchemist Global CEO Anna Teal is stepping down from the biotech skincare brand after a three-year tenure. 

The outgoing CEO shared on her LinkedIn post that the business currently maintains a portfolio of upcoming product innovations and a series of corporate partnerships scheduled for release throughout this year.

Following her departure, the executive plans to focus on three new projects centered on independence and strategic consulting, including The Growth Advisor, Afima, and Beautiful Hustle.

“The Growth Advisory – Advising founders, operators and investors on growth, brand, strategy and scale, and bringing in senior talent from my network where the brief demands it,” said Teal.

“Afima – A modern wellness brand I’m building from the ground up. Still early, but rooted in a white space I care deeply about.

“Beautiful Hustle – A Substack on beauty, wellness, business, and the honest reality of building something of your own,” she added.

Last year, Grown Alchemist partnered with Nordstrom to bring its products to the retailer’s e-commerce platform.
