G-III Apparel Group has increased its stake in All We Wear Group (AWWG), parent of Pepe Jeans London, Hackett and Faconnable, from 12 per cent to approximately 19 per cent.

As part of the previously announced partnership, AWWG became the official agent for G-III’s DKNY, Donna Karan and Karl Lagerfeld brands across Spain and Portugal. G-III also plans to expand its key brands in India by leveraging AWWG’s notable presence in the country.

In turn, AWWG will benefit from G-III’s best-in-class operations in North America to expand its footprint in the market.

“This transaction reinforces our strategic priorities and we look forward to further developing our relationship with AWWG and its talented team, as we accelerate our collective businesses,” said Morris Goldfarb, G-III’s chairman and CEO.

Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Madrid, AWWG generates over $650 million in revenues across more than 3500 points of sale in 86 countries.
