From “most downloaded” to underdog: Deal gives Wish a lifeline but no guarantees

American mobile e-commerce company ContextLogic, which does business as Wish, announced this week that it agreed to sell the online marketplace for approximately $173 million in cash to Singapore-based Qoo10, which operates localized marketplaces in Asia, subject to certain purchase price adjustments.  The purchase price represents about $6.50 per share and an approximately 44 per cent premium to ContextLogic’s closing stock price on February 9, but it is a tiny fraction of the company’
