Escalade has appointed Patrick J Griffin as its new CEO and president, effective immediately, succeeding Walter P Glazer Jr, who has served as CEO since 2021.

Griffin brings decades of experience within the organization to his new role. He has held several senior roles at the company, including director and VP of corporate development, since 2012.

His career at Escalade has spanned various leadership positions in sales, marketing, and product development, and he built his professional foundation through strategic planning and business development roles at Network Commerce, Webcentric, and Koch Industries.

Glazer will remain with the company as executive chairman through the end of the year and will continue to hold a position as a director on Escalade’s board.

“Patrick is a thoughtful, strategic leader who cares deeply about our people and understands the culture that has shaped our success,” said Glazer.

“We look forward to working with him as he leads the Escalade team to build on our strong foundation and drive growth with clarity, integrity, and the will to win.”

Last year, Escalade named ex-Gibson, Puma exec Armin Boehm as CEO.
