Italian restaurant and food store Eataly has appointed Tommaso Bruso as the new CEO of its North American division, effective October 2.
Bursa will be leaving his role as CEO of Colorful Standard to embark on the new appointment. Previously, he served as president at Kiabi and as global COO at Benetton Group. He also held CEO positions at Diesel, Furla, and Giorgio Fedon & Figli.
“Given our significant growth ambitions in North America, the CEO North America position is a newly created role. Tommaso arrives at an important time for the Group and will be instrumental to the development and growth of a market of primary importance for Eataly,” said Andrea Cipolloni, Group CEO at Eataly.

Eataly currently operates in Italy, Japan, South Korea, the US, Brazil, Turkey, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Russia, Germany, and Sweden.
