Centric Brands has formed a joint venture with Palm Tree Crew to support global growth across lifestyle product categories.
The agreement marks a move by both parties to expand into apparel, accessories and consumer products linked to culture and experience.
“This partnership represents a full-circle moment for Palm Tree Crew,” said Myles Shear, co-founder of Palm Tree Crew. “Partnerships and collaborations are central to who we are, and with Centric, we now have the platform to scale that vision globally while staying connected to the community that built the brand.”
Palm Tree Crew operates as a lifestyle platform spanning entertainment, hospitality, fashion, and community. The brand was co-founded by DJ and music producer Kygo and Myles Shear and has developed a global presence through live events, cultural experiences and community-based activities.
The joint venture combines Centric Brands’ global design, manufacturing, retail, and distribution capabilities with Palm Tree Crew’s culture-led platform. Centric Brands will lead the development and expansion of men’s and women’s apparel and accessories.
Jason Rabin, CEO of Centric Brands, said culturally relevant brands play a central role in the company’s growth strategy. He said Palm Tree Crew aligns with Centric’s focus on experience-led brands supported by live events and community engagement.
“This joint venture allows us to diversify our distribution network while building a scalable apparel and accessories business with long-term global potential.”
Under the agreement, Palm Tree Crew is expected to extend its lifestyle platform into additional consumer product categories globally.
The move follows Centric Brands’ recent expansion activity, including its acquisition of Fownes Brothers.
