Singapore-born furniture and homewares brand Castlery is making its first physical foray into the US market with a flagship store in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood.
The 3000sqft showroom, located in the historic Ladies’ Mile district, is scheduled to open on May 15.
The store marks Castlery’s transition from an online-only presence in the US to a committed retail footprint, backed by a 10-year lease, signaling long-term plans to engage American consumers.
“Opening our first US store here reflects how seriously we take the American customer and how seriously we take our craft,” said Declan Ee, co-founder of Castlery. “This isn’t about doing it fast. It’s about doing it right.”
Designed for urban living, the Chelsea location features 17 styled room sets showcasing space-efficient furniture tailored to city apartments and compact homes.
In addition to shopping, visitors can enjoy one-on-one interior styling consultations, reflecting Castlery’s focus on providing personalized service beyond transactions.
