Capri has named Tyler Reddien as its new CFO and COO, effective March 30.
The appointment is part of the luxury fashion group’s strategy to strengthen its executive leadership and operational framework across its brand portfolio, which includes Michael Kors and Jimmy Choo.
Previously, Reddien held the position of CFO of The Body Shop. His experience also includes senior leadership roles at Natura & Co Holding and executive positions at Hertz, where he was SVP and CFO for North America Rent-a-Car operations.
In addition, he spent over a decade at United Airlines in roles spanning financial planning, investor relations, and operations.
“Tyler is an exceptional finance and operations leader whose strategic mindset and international experience make him ideally suited to help position Capri’s future growth and long-term value creation,” said John D Idol, chairman and CEO of Capri Holdings.
“His proven ability to drive performance, enhance operational discipline and lead organizations through complex transformations will bring tremendous strength to our executive leadership team.”
For the third fiscal quarter, Capri posted a 4 per cent sales decline, with Michael Kors sales down 5.6 per cent and Jimmy Choo up 5 per cent.
