Online retailer Beyond, owner of Bed Bath & Beyond, is scheduled to relaunch BuyBuy Baby’s online before Mother’s Day with a reopening event, ‘Welcome Baby’, marking the company’s portfolio expansion.
The relaunched site will offer customers the brand’s premium lineup of infant and toddler apparel and essentials from brands including Peg Perego, Diaper Genie, Hudson Baby, and Graco.
“The seamless integration of curated product assortment, intuitive site experience, and targeted marketing represents our commitment to meeting the needs of today’s parents with our ‘Welcome Baby’ event,” said Marcus Lemonis, Beyond’s chairman and CEO.
Last month, the company reported a significant reduction in its net loss for the first quarter. The company previously intended to close all of BuyBuy Baby’s physical stores as part of the company’s restructuring plan, transforming the brand into a pure-play online retailer.
