Bed Bath & Beyond has named Glen Cary chief of stores, overseeing both the core banner and the Brand House Collective.

Cary has more than 25 years of senior retail experience, including at Bed Bath & Beyond for 10 years and as president of Buybuy Baby.

Amy Sullivan, CEO of The Brand House Collective, said Cary brings strong operational discipline and a clear focus on customer growth.

“Glen knows our brands, our teams and our customers, and my expectations around the growth of our customer file and our financial performance,” she said. “His ability to operate large-scale operations with a service-oriented, profit-centric mindset is what motivated me to have him lead our field organization.”

Executive chairman Marcus Lemonis said Cary will help strengthen retail sales, store operations, real estate strategy and store transformations across stores, digital and franchise.

“Glen is in lock step with the expectations we are setting for Bed Bath & Beyond and understands how operating great stores requires the highest standard of experience for both the employee and the customer,” Lemonis said.
