Adidas is on track to open its first full-price brand concept store in Minnesota this October.

Located on Level 2 at the Mall of America, the 9161sqft facility represents the newest design format in the company’s retail fleet.

The physical layout is structured around four distinct functional areas: Footwear, Made For You, City Shop, and a storefront integrated with digital touchpoints.

The store will carry a selection of performance gear and lifestyle items, including the ‘Adidas Originals and Badge of Sport’ lines, as well as products tailored for the regional market.

Positioned at the center of the sales floor, the expanded “Made For You” zone offers customization services for footwear and apparel.

The retail location also includes a dedicated shop-in-shop for Minnesota Timberwolves player Anthony Edwards, highlighting the brand’s association with local basketball.

Applying modern structural design, the interior features a material palette composed of neutral color tones, metallic frameworks, and translucent panels.

“We’re thrilled to welcome adidas to Mall of America, marking another first-to-market brand for our guests,” said Carrie Charleston, VP and head of leasing at Mall of America.

“This best-in-class retail experience will offer our guests an innovative way to engage with the brand through product, customization, and immersive storytelling, creating a shopping experience that reflects the future of retail.”

Earlier this month, Adidas tapped S&S as the exclusive US distributor for its team-branded merchandise, giving customers a wider assortment of apparel across teamwear, corporate, and gifting.
